We are searching for an executive profile that will be focused on implement and manage the logistics of transfers and excursions at the destination, ensuring compliance with the service standards defined with the client, ensuring and optimising profitability at the destination

Location workplace: Tenerife Sur

Key Responsibilities.

Enter the received reservations in the system for management and optimisation

Carry out correct operational and logistical management of the excursion schedule

Support the TO in the excursion process, and resolve any incidents arising from the operation

Invoice excurisions, ensuring invoicing responds to defined time and form criteria

Make correct use of the system of tariffs defined for each supplier of excursions and TO

Candidate Profile.

Must be able to speak, write and understand perfectly English and Spanish, other languages as German is a plus.

* Analyze competitors and take action to ensure the product is priced competitively in the market and have the best access to room inventory at all times (for B2B and B2C distribution).
* Assist Market Managers with management of full hotel portfolio for relevant areas.
* Work closely with hotel Market Managers to source product which satisfies market requirements.
* Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by delivering superior consulting services and recommending effective marketing and distribution action plans.
* Train and educate partners on the various Low Cost Travel Group tools, including the extranet, connectivity solutions, payment alternatives and other partner facing systems or services.
* Coordinate with revenue management and marketing teams to promote the best hotel deals.

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's Degree.
* Experience in consultative sales environment preferred.
